Norfolk, VA. – On Wednesday, July 22, over 100 young professional leaders from the CBDX and the Downtown 100 will host Bruce Thompson, Chief Executive Officer, Gold Key/PHR Resorts. Mr. Thompson will be discussing a number of exciting projects including the $126 million downtown Norfolk hotel and conference center, a project that has eluded the city for years. The 300-room luxury hotel, along with its 50,000-square-foot conference center and high-end restaurant, are scheduled to be complete in late 2016. Additionally, Mr. Thompson will discuss the importance of the next generation of Hampton Roads business leaders and the impact they will have on the future development of the region.
